Weekly Free Software Directory meeting moving to Libera

You may have already seen this announcement
<https://www.fsf.org/news/fsf-and-gnu-move-official-irc-channels-to-libera-chat-network>
that FSF and GNU are moving away from using freenode for IRC, and
switching to Libera. As it notes towards the end, this switch also means
that our weekly FSD meetings are moving to that new network as well,
starting this Friday. We'll make sure to have someone checking on
freenode to help any stragglers make their way over. But otherwise,
we'll see you all on Friday in #fsf on libera.
