thanks for the direction and that markup!

After fiddling with the spacing a bit, I'd still like to make it a bit larger 
and a bit higher above the staff.

I thought I could 'drag' it around in Denemo Print View, but that doesn't work 
at all for me. 

I also looked through the lilypond documentation and I couldn't find these 
changes.
