    Use MACH_PORT_NAME_NULL and MACH_PORT_NAME_DEAD when checking for null or 
dead rights
    
    Comparing mach_port_name_t that is MACH_PORT_NAME_DEAD against
    MACH_PORT_DEAD will always return false.
