I found some more amongst my collection, but with different GUIDs again
(these have a /#BSSC file, meaning they were created using RoboHelp). I
think I shall have to add a test to check the CHM header structure
against the spec, cause I think I'll find more and more of these. Let me
know if you want some more samples of these.
