 in my testing i usually rely on passing the standalone runtime manually at
 link time (so basically adding `/usr/lib/clang/19/lib/x86_64-chimera-
 linux-musl/libclang_rt.ubsan_standalone.a` to ldflags), if there's any
 shrinkwrapped flag i'm not aware of it...
