 After installing {{{chicken-bind}}}, and supplying certain command-line
 options, {{{chicken-bind}} fails during command-line parsing:

 $ chicken-bind -export-constants

 Error: bad argument count - received 2 but expected 1: #<procedure>

 This small patch should fix the problem:
