Is the shared memory version stand-alone, or does it require Kerrighed
to run? This was not clear to me from my reading of the paper.

Anyway, I tried the -SHM- version. It compiles and rtig appears to run.
However, when I try to run Billard I get the following:

RTIA has thrown RTI::NetworkError exception.
Reason: Connection closed by client.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'certi::RTIinternalError'

Any thoughts?
