[CASHeW-s-editor-patches] RDF ID handling

I'm committing the attached patch to add rdf:ID handling
to the RDF parser.  This makes use of the Pair type...

        * lib/Makefile.am:
        Added creation of commons.jar, and re-enabled GCJ
        native creation for owls.jar and eclipse.jar.
        * src/nongnu/cashews/commons/Pair.java:
        (equals(Object)): New method.
        (hashCode()): New method.
        * src/nongnu/cashews/rdf/XMLParser.java:
        (ids): A set of base URI and ID pairs.
        (startElement(String,String,String,org.xml.sax.Attributes)):
        Handle nodeID, ensuring uniqueness using the ids set.
