[Bug-XBoard] Fwd: winboard problem

Hi, fellow xboard developers. Does anyone have help for this user?

Since I don't really work on winboard anymore and certainly don't have
a Windows 7 netbook or know what might be different about that
platform, I can't help much.

I will ask the obvious questions, though: Are you sure that the file
for the chess engine you are trying to use is in fact present in the
place where WinBoard is telling you it can't find it? Do you have some
reason to think this problem is specific to all netbooks with Windows
7, or does that just happen to be the only machine you've tried it on?

Please permit me to bring to your attention that the Winboard program
does not work on netbooks with Windows 7 starter.
The viewer however does work, but not able to play any games against
chess engines.
The same notification keeps coming up, that the file for the
particular chess engine cannot be found.

I specifically tried the latest version 4.6.2, and the older 4.5.3
version,  but to no avail.

Also, if there is a simple direct way to automatically connect it to
the popular crafty engine, that would be a great plus.
