Indeed. That was the original motivation for adding the dual-board option.
But it can be used for observing any game while playing. (Not sure why you
would ever want such a distraction. Perhaps to observe how your main competitor
is doing in the last round of a tourney. Although the regular 'backgroundObserve'
should be good enough for that.)

Like the old implementation, the condition that the boards should have the same
format still holds. (I.e. you cannot play a normal game in the main window,
and bughouse in the other.) This because the format of the secondary window
is simply cloned from that of the main one.

In the latest master version, the clocks of the secondary board now count.
The implementation is still a bit flaky w.r.t. redrawing of the secondary board
(e.g. flip-view during a game).
