As a guess, possibly whatever chess engine you were using thought that you promoted to queen even though you really promoted to rook. What chess engine was it?

I'm sure the active developers will have more questions.

Hi i use your programme for about more than 10 years maybe 20, i cant
remmember. I hate the premove and many features ... I like its simple
presentation. I saw they improved it, maybe too much ..? as you can see it
does not follow rules anymore! Maybe a bug in my computer debian squeeze
on nx7400. Anyway this does not have any importance, i am just happy to
win more often than before with this version.
