Update of bug #16444 (project xboard):
Status: None => Works For Me
Open/Closed: Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:
In xboard 4.2.7, if a needed font is not installed on your system, xboard
should exit with the error message "no fonts match pattern". In the CVS
version you may get "Unable to create font set" instead. I can't find a way
to generate the error message you got. It may mean that your system is
misconfigured such that XListFonts() lists some fonts that you don't actually
have.
