Hi, I'm trying to build wget2 from both the gnu ftp site and from the repository and am having trouble with "make install". I'm enclosing the build log. Could I get you to take a look at the end of the log and let me know what I'm doing wrong please?
It looks like there only is a static library for zlib (/usr/lsd/Linux/lib/libz.a). Make sure there also is a shared library and that it can be found (via pkg-config, building wget2 requires having pkg-config installed).
"ls -la /usr/lsd/Linux/lib/" should show you a libz.so entry (normally a symlink).
