bug#46606: Enabling Hyperbole unbinds 'h' key in Gnus; toggling bindings twice unbinds 'h' globally

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed description. I was able to reproduce this using the tip 
version of hyperbole, commit 398f8e4ea, emacs"28.0.50" and gnus "Gnus v5.13".
