[bug-gv] Specifying a non-default scale causes gv 3.6.* not to open the document

If you run:

  gv --scale 1 file.ps

with gv 3.6.1 or 3.6.2, it will not open file.ps, and just display a blank window.
(Of course the option doesn't work at all with 
3.6.0!)

The same thing happens if you put

  GV.scale: 1

into a file, and specify it with the --ad option.

Both these work fine with GV 3.5.8, modulo the fact that the options must only have one leading dash.
