I raised the threshold to 150 MiB in maintenance.git commit
213384e43de63ce3a5a55599e8fb89891ffef7eb.

I reconfigured berlin and restarted ‘guix publish’ seconds ago.
Hopefully next time installation tests won’t have that problem.
