bug#65595: [feature] [cuirass] Add ability to filter builds for status:failed-new

Hello,

This is a feature request to add the ability to filter a derivation
build results for new failures.  This is useful to see the true impact
of the change (as already failing packages don't count toward that).

It seems the database already has that information to query, so it
should be relatively easy to expose it, I think.
