Details:
No warning is issued when a request has extraneous arguments, e.g. ‘.ce 3 1
4 1 5’. A warning should be added and included in the ‘all’ grouping of
warnings. Experience from deploying that warning will allow a future choice
on whether extraneous arguments should be upgraded to an error, e.g. there's
no widespread historical habit of extra arguments being provided knowing that
they'll be ignored.
