Follow-up Comment #2, bug #60828 (project groff):
Edmond Orignac just confirmed in private mail to me that he is indeed the
author of the it.tmac file submitted yesterday. He simply modified the fr.tmac
file changing French sentences into Italian. He also confirmed that he wishes
to have the file included in groff under the same license as the original
fr.tmac, and that he doesn't object to being acknowledged as a contributor.
Checking the translations by a native Italian speaker still seems desirable,
in particular with respect to the translation of expressions like "to whom it
may concern" or "in référence to", but IMHO it doesn't matter whether that
is done before or after commit.
