Summary: groff does not accept custom pagesizes from the
-dpaper=xxx option

Details:
groff (up to and including version 1.22.3) accepts only the predefined
papersize names
when using the command line option
-dpaper=xxxx .
in all other cases the warning message like
warning: Unknown paper size `20c,10c\'
is emitted and the custom pauperize ignored.
On the other hand, custom paper sizes are accepted by the most postprocessors
like grops or gropdf.
To fix this issue, I'd suppose to extend the papersize.tmac macro
accordingly.
