Hi,

you might want to try the latest development groff held under cvs
as the html driver has been totally rewritten since 1.16.1.
You can obtain the souce via cvs:


> A CVS repository is now available, containing the current development
> version of groff.  You can access it with the commands

>  export CVSROOT=:pserver:address@hidden:/var/cvs
>  cvs login
>  cvs -z9 co groff
