[Bug-gnubg] Want to provide Traditional Chinese translation.

To add a translation you need to create a .po file for the language. It 
contains the translations of the messages used by the program (not 
necessarily all of them -- the missing ones will remain in english).

There is already a partial japanese translation and, as far as I can tell, 
it contains kanjis, not just simpler characters, so I suppose a chinese 
translation would be supported as well.

You could take a look at the po files for gnubg at 
http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/gnubg/gnubg/po/
and to some zh.po files for other software, for instance at
https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/zh
to get an idea of what is needed.
