[Bug-gnubg] New Windows Build [20110808 Snapshot]

Howdy All,

I have produced a new windows Build from the 20110808 Snapshot. There were some minor bug fixes as noted below in the ChangeLog. The primary reason for this release was to do a weekend build of both Windows and Mac releases to bring both current. The previous Mac release was April 10th, 2011.

The primary changes in this new release were:

	* set.c: Some imported XGID cube positions were not properly
	swapped when the board was displayed. Reported by Philippe (plm)

	* play.c: Fix bug #33143 reported by Kevin McDonough where 
	interrupting a forced move in 2D got into wrong state causing
	bot not to continue automatic play.
