Time for bed, because the resulting file doesn't extract. I'm still positive this is a translation issue of some sort. Is someone possibly putting them to the server in ASCII? (rather than Binary)? I assume there is an automated script that ftp's the file up? Might be worth a look that it is put on the server correctly.
