[Bug-gnubg] Add table stakes suppport to gnubg

Hi and thank you for your work on this great application!

As the subject states, I would like to see support for table stakes in game play and analyses. If someone have thought the math through, I should not be that hard to implement, but would be very useful in cube analyses of money games played online.

Also, how active is the gnubg project today? Are there any new features or improvments that are under active development?
