[Bug-gnubg] Bug: Dice speed display too quick when unable to enteroff bar

I'm resending this.  No one answered before.  I realize this is trivial 
compared to the work being done with gnubg but the changer is so marked in 
my (20060418) installation that it is annoying.  Thanks!     Jim
