[Bug-gnubg] Win distribs : once more !

Hi all,

a new win install archive (19Mb) is available to download at :

                  http://www.gnubg.org/  (see post in the News section)

Major changes (code snapshot 20060418) :

- fix for the locale problem (i.e. can change language now)
- SSE executables should not crash on non-SSE PCs (thx Jon & Christian).
As soon as this is confirmed, SSE exes will become default and no longer
optional (install archive size will shrink 2 more Mb).
