Yes, you're right - there won't be any increase for deeper ply rollouts
(or more correctly, the rollout isn't slowed down by screen updates).

Oystein: The progress bar is updated only once a second, I guess you're
wondering if it will look jerky for really quick rollouts, I don't think
it really matters (if the rollout is that quick it'll be over almost
straight away anyway).

I'll check it in (if I get my wireless network working at home...) later.
