IIRC, gnubg did have these at one point, but they were removed because
we found we didn't use them.
After extensive play, most folks found it easier to click on:
The centre section board to roll (i.e. where you expect the dice to
land);
The cube to double;
The dice to pick them up and end the turn.
A user-configurable toolbar would indeed be cool, but I guess it's
fairly low on the priority list, unless one of the developers gets
inspired.
