AFAIK, we are still on 0.14 weights. What is commonly referred to as
0.15 is the version with the addition of the pruning nets. I think you
have probably them already ;)

I think the feeling among the lay users was that since gnubg plays
differently with the pruning nets, it should have a new number. I don't
know whether it is "correct" to up the version number of the weights.
