[Bug-gnubg] Small problem with recent code changes

eval.c doesn't compile if SSE is not used.

Either a "#define SSE_ALIGN(D) D" should be added in the #else part of 
lib/sse.h, or one should have #if USE_SSE_VECTORIZE around its use in 
eval.c.

The most recent dates in ChangeLog are strange too ; they are in April, 
not March aren't they ?
