[Bug-gnubg] Positive error rate in statistics

Hi everybody,

I've encountered this bug occasionally before, but didn't submit it yet. So
far it only occurred when I import a .tmg match and save the analysed .sgf.
IIRC the display right after the analysis is correct, but when the .sgf is
loaded again it shows a positive error rate. ( I didn't know gnubg would be
so open minded about other plays and humble enough to mark them better than
its own. ;)
Btw, I didn't try with the pruning version, but guess it would stay the same.
