I think I've tracked down the problem.

The switch "set export moves display unmarked yes" is not working
properly.

If the setting is ticked on the display, the analysis is not exported.
If the setting is not ticked on the display, the analysis is exported.

Chequer plays are affected. Cube decisions seem to be OK.
