Well I think the warning you can safely ignore.
But you say it's crashing - that's a worry.
Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the problem. If you see the warning,
however then
clearly it's not crashing immediately. Can you try to find out exactly what
conditions
are necessary to make it crash?
Also what operating system are you running, and what version of PSPP?
