But you prevent using original autotools that was built and installed
"from scratch". It is not logic based, as for me.

In any case, you use macro AUTOCONF and friends in makeile, so anybody
have chance to override it. And I am too.

I just show "clean" reason. You call autoconf that call libtoolize.
