Hi,
I'd like to suggest supporting two EBCDIC variants: IBM-037 and IBM-1047. I know that GNU libconv currently doesn't support any EBCDIC-variants, but other iconv-implementations (eg glibc!iconv, AIX!iconv) do, so maybe it wouldn't hurt if GNU libiconv supported them too.
