Does anyone happen to know what variant of ISO-2022-JP Microsoft uses?
 I routinely encounter problems trying to convert ISO-2022-JP messages
produced by Microsoft mail clients to UTF-8.  I've tried all four
variants (ISO-2022-JP, ISO-2022-JP-1, ISO-2022-JP-2, ISO-2022-JP-3)
supported by GNU libiconv and none of them work reliably on all
messages.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
