Done. Sorry, I had not remembered that the messages had actually changed
between libiconv-1.11 and -1.12. (Only one message changed.)

In the PO file, PACKAGE is "GNU libiconv" and VERSION is "1.12". I think
in the translated version you should use "GNU libiconv 1.12", otherwise
the robot may reject your submission. If you write "GNU libiconv 1.12" and
the robots complains about it, please tell me about it; then I need to
coordinate this with the TP people.
