I didn't want to sound angry or offensive. English is not my mother
tongue therefore I sometimes cannot express my thoughts properly. I
wanted to be constructive, that's why I suggested setting up a bug
tracking system

I'm what you can call a free software enthusiast. I use FSF Emacs all
the time and I want to make it better with my bug reports.

I think that alienating your users with statements like yours above
(the one about communication) does not help making the free software
movement more successful.
