Hello!

These patches are some of the ones I've already done. I didn't know
what would be the best way to send them, as I tried to keep them
small and concrete to make its review easier.  Should I send them
separately?  Or even create a branch and push there? This time I'm
sending the first 10 attached, as their uncompressed global size is less
than 30KB, but I have 5 more waiting.

What do you think?
