True. In the current state of things, I will document that translators
need a current 'gnome-terminal' or 'roxterm'.

I tried all possible terminal emulators in a recent Fedora 30 distribution,
and got these results (of 'cat hyperlink-demo.txt'):
  * gnome-terminal, roxterm work fine.
  * konsole, yakuake are buggy.
  * mate-terminal, qterminal, xfce4-terminal support it partially, also with
    bugs.
  * All others don't support it.

However, in the long run, it is desirable if translators don't have to install
a particular terminal emulator. Any terminal emulator they are familiar with
should do it.

Many maintainers of terminal emulators will reject the idea to implement
an ad-hoc hack. The cool thing about the protocol is that it's applicable
to many more use-cases.
