Thanks for the translation update. Actually 0.19 release was out
yesterday, that means there will be no more prerelease. However, I'm
going to make a bug-fix release soon, which will have likely no change
to translatable strings. So, at the moment, it would be sufficient to
upload the new gettext-tools-0.19-rc1.pl.po to TP.

That's why I didn't call for translations for rc2.
