[bug-gettext] [PATCH] Adding a git .mailmap file to gettext

Hello,

I am sending a patch for gnu gettext, which adds a
.mailmap file. This file is read by git to map commits 
by the same person in the shortlog, where their name 
and/or email address was spelled differently.
