[bug-gettext] revision numbers of MO file format |

Hey,
I implemented a MO file parser but I am confused about revision
numbers. Maybe the manual misses a clear description about the
features each one support, or maybe it is there somewhere and I missed
it. It says: "For now the major revision is 0 or 1, and the minor
revision is also 0 or 1". Digging this list I found this explanation
about them:
"This means: major revision number is 1 (meaning that some format
string translations use "I" for internationalized output digits [Farsi]), and
minor revision number is 1 (meaning that some strings have substrings
whose expansion depends on the system type)." [1]
The major revision is clearly the second part of section 15.3.1 C of
the manual ("Format Strings"), but... is the minor revision about the
reordering ability described in the first part of that same section?
Sorry for the noob question, and thanks for any help.
