[bug-gettext] Sync bug reporting address with real list name

Hello.

gettext uses address@hidden as the email address to report
bugs, but the list address name is actually address@hidden

To reduce confusion, it would be nice to have those in sync.

There are 189 files in git source containing the string
"bug-gnu-gettext", but I guess we should exclude .po and .pot files
here from the count:

gettext-runtime/po
gettext-tools/examples/po
gettext-tools/po

as well as these five changelog files:

ChangeLog.0
gettext-tools/doc/ChangeLog.0
gettext-tools/misc/ChangeLog
gettext-tools/src/ChangeLog.0
gettext-tools/tests/ChangeLog.0

Excluding all that, there are only 75 files to be changed.
Patch attached (made with sed).


While we are at it, the FAQ says this list is archived as part of
bug-gnu-utils archives, but that is no longer true. This would be a
good time to remove such paragraph as well.
