I did not administer translation{,-i18n} mailinglists for quite some
time.  Lately, LI Daobing (https://sourceforge.net/users/lidaobing)
kindly joined the project and created new MLs for translation teams that
request this.

I'd appreciate if someone would take over the administration or
moderation of the translation-i18n ML.
