[Bug-gcal] [gcal 3.6.3] Failed to build in german (de_DE) language

Hello,

after several approaches i have to give up building gcal 3.6.3 with
german language support. For whatever option i give to ./configure the result 
ist nearly always the same: english language instead of german.

Could anyone give me a helping hand please?
