Andy has gone out of his way out of the kindness of his heart to help
you with this.  At this point the obligation is up to you to do the
work yourself to read the previous discussions.

Please be kind to people.  Andy has stated that he has other
obligations and does not have the time to devote to the task.  You
said that is not a good reason.  But not having the time is a very
good reason.  People help when they can help.

Please do not continue asking for the same thing again and again when
a response has already been given.  Even when the course of action is
different from the course you wished to have happened.  There is no
need to have the last word.  If your point was sufficient then there
is no need for a further reply.
