Performance issues using GAWK 3.1.6 ->from Win 2008 to Win 2016

Hello GAWK support team,

We are having a performance issue using GAWK 3.1.6  on Win server 2016.
We have a  GAWK script running  on Win 2008 server and it is taking around 15 
minutes to complete , but after migrating the Windows server to Win 2016 it is 
taking 1 hour and 30 minutes , exactly the same script and same files 
generation.

The Windows Servers have the same memory and capacity , so we were not able why 
the same script is taking longer on the new server.

Let us know if you can assist to troubleshot this issue.
