For some reason I'm not getting Erik's replies...

Anyways, I prefer GitHub style pull requests over/along with emailed patches, though that work flow has never seemed to catch on with many GNU projects. And when it changes two lines and is inline in the message instead of an attachment that can be saved, it's just as easy to just make the change manually instead of mucking with applying a patch.

Thanks for the tip. I was wondering about what workflow is best for getting patches from emails into Git. I guess I should start using offlineimap to make this easier.
